Global Warming

Since the industrial revolution over 100 years ago, CO2 levels from burning fossil fuels like oil, coal, gas give off more CO2 into the air. Places that are hot will become unbearable and turn into   wastelands. High temperatures lead to outbreaks of diseases. We must plan for the future ahead of us.

I am choosing the kiwi, wanted this bird because they are special.

What countries are your bird found in?
They are found in New Zealand.

What is the bird afraid of?
People, other everything.

Is your bird smart?
Yes because it hides.

What good qualities does this bird have?
It has soft furry feathers, it represents NZ, it gives us our nickname.

The name of my mascot is- Kyle the Kiwi.
He wears sunglasses and carries a school bag.
Kyle the kiwi is a good mascot for me because he is unique.

Persuasive writing

Cats make better pets than Dogs. I believe this is not true. When you walk your dog you can get fitter and you can stay healthy. In quarantine people didn't get board because of there dogs. Cats do their own walk and you are not getting any fitter of that. People go for walks to stay healthy and when you have a dog it montervats you to go for more walks. In quarantine there were lots of people on the streets walking their dogs. You can understand why i believe dogs are better because i like sport, running and having a good time. Also when you take your dog for lots of walks so they don't stay up all night running around. Wich motivates you for going for more walks so you can stay healthy.

In Media Studies we explore how the news, advertising, television, radio, social, and other forms of media are made and how they influence us. 

I made a poster with the message….

The message is that we are filling our online spacers with bad things EG. cyber bully, fake news.

After I did that we got in to a group i was in a group with Larz and Haymesh we made a short film about cyber bullying

Sci-fi Roller coaster in Minecraft

Term 3 (and some of term 4) me Matteo and Riley went with Ms K to do make a machine in Minecraft on the computer.

We all had an idea. I made a robot. Matteo made a death star. And Riley did a UFO. And all together we made a sci-fi roller coaster. Here is a video of what we did.

Scratch...

This is some thing i have been working on at school on scratch. Scratch is a coding website. I have worked hard on this but I am still improving on it.
